My kitchen knives are made for people who love to cook. I have shipped my knives all over the world.
There is something about a knife that you grow to love and use every day. How great it is to hold a beautiful thing in your hand while you are doing one the most humble and simple things imaginable - preparing food.
I make knives that I hope are both functional and beautiful.
I use the knives I make and I love them.
I hope will too.
As this is the “about” section of my site, I shall attempt to fill-in some blanks.
I am blessed to have lived in many wonderful places; but, in spite of much temptation, I remain English.
And I understand that even the most spectacular surrounds don't compare to real food lovingly prepared and eaten slowly with the people you love. Preferably helped along the way by a beautiful hand made kitchen knife or two.
I love to cook and always use my own knives, testing my designs in person.
